Return Process

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring the garment is unworn, unwashed, and free of any makeup or fragrance marks.

  Ship the Item

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal and drop your package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Processing & Credit

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your store credit or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.
